If an item's MRP is ₹100 and you sell it for ₹80, the difference of ₹20 is automatically classified as a customer discount. The slip highlights both the total MRP value and the exact money saved by the customer.
2. What happens when a customer has a pending due balance (Udhar)?
When the amount received is less than the net billable amount, a bold red alert appears on the slip detailing the exact pending balance. An automated UPI payment QR code is also printed on the slip so the customer can clear the debt later.
